We have a large dining area that can seat up to 12! The dining room is convieniently just off of the kitchen, and has a large custom built farmhouse table with 10 chairs. There are 2 comfy recliners in the corner and still lots of space to walk around and mingle

We have a fully stocked Kitchen, with 2 ovens, a glass stove top, large fridge and an espresso Bar! We have kitchen appliances for your convenience such as a crock pot, blender, hand mixer, espresso machine and regular drip coffee machine, and all your basic cooking ware: baking sheets, pizza pan, stainless bowls, serving dishes, pots and pans ect. 

We have a beautiful and large livingroom downstairs that had a wood fireplace, leather couches and a table perfect for board games. Perfect for the whole gang to gather around and enjoy some quality time together. There is even a nook under the stairs for the kids to pull out a play carpet and a chest of toys! 

We have a brand new set of stackable washer and dryer for your use! If you have laundry sensitivities feel free to bring your own detergent!  

Although our property is on a corner lot, which sometimes gives the fishbowl effect, this means we have twice as much land as those around us! there is ample parking both in the front and back, and a great big yard for yard games, fires and anything else you can think of. We have a weber bbq for those bbq lovers, and a large fire pit with 6 muskoka chairs to hangout around on those summer nights. We also have 2 kayaks and a canoe for use in the summer, and 2 pairs of snowshoes for the winter time. Our shed has some yard games for use, such as bottle bash and corn hole, and a beach wagon and some beach chairs and toys for all your beach needs! We are right on the canal and have a boat slip that you can pull your boat in!
